The all new unreleased Curve 8900 with the code name Javellin has been sold on eBay for $1,995.  Atleast the seller offered free overnight shipping 
This has occured various times as we all saw last year when the BlackBerry Bold was on eBay and was removed immediately.  That Bold that was listed was a prototype with a plastic back instead of leather.  What if this 8900 is also a prototype? What about warranty? Apparently for $1,995 you will not be receiving one! RIM is just passing off to the wrong beta testers!
