You don't need to be on the BES server to have internet/ email access.  If your flying solo, you can use BIS like everyone else unless you are trying to get corporate email/backup.

Ive had that problem before.  It doesnt show up set personal email at all, just bes or resume with other stuff.. What you need to do is resend your service books (not sure who your provider is) I have at&t. i just went online and sent hte service books. you can call ur service provider and htey will send u service books for that phone of urs.  u should be able to add email accounts after that just fine Cheesy

Hi,

If you are lkooking to connect to your work corporate email account then you need to talk to you service provider (mine is AT&T) and they will give you a seperate Data plan for you phone - which is called something like Enterprise Service Plan and with that you will be able to setup and connect to your Corporate Exchange Server.

JFYI: Normal unlimited data plan is $30 per month with AT&T and Enterprise Service enable unlimited Data plan is $45 per month.

Hope thats what you were asking and hope I answered your question.
